M. Can YILDIZ, BSc
Founder & Lead Engineer
Can is a highly motivated engineer with over 6 years of extensive experience in engineering. With a background in quality control, engineering, and project management, he has played a key role in delivering high-precision projects while ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

His career began in shipbuilding, where he was involved in the construction and quality control of turn-key service vessels. This hands-on experience in ship construction, combined with his expertise in 3D modeling and engineering design, laid the foundation for his transition into design engineering.

He later expanded his technical skill set as a Design Engineer at a UK-based engineering consultancy specializing in pool and spa systems. There, he developed detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and system layouts, further strengthening his project management and sustainability expertise.
Following this, Can has transitioned over as a Project Engineer, managing multiple swimming pool and spa projects from concept to completion. His responsibilities included designing water treatment systems, preparing RIBA stage documentation, comprehensive specifications, conducting site audits, and overseeing construction deliverables. He was also involved in budget tracking, preparing fee proposals, reviewing submittals, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

At Vexnoth, he leads a team dedicated to delivering precise and sustainable 3D modeling solutions for shipbuilding projects. His proficiency in various modeling software allows him to create efficient piping and equipment layouts, optimizing ship design for both performance and maintenance.

Outside of work, he is passionate about sim racing—a hobby that enhances his precision, focus, and problem-solving skills.
Mehmet GOKKAYA, Naval Architect
Lead Designer
Mehmet is a highly skilled naval architect with over 5 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry, specializing in vessel construction, quality control, and systems testing. He has been involved in the delivery of turn-key service vessels, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. His expertise includes welding and structural inspections, pipeline and hydraulic system testing, equipment installation, and surface preparation.
With a strong background in technical drawings and manufacturing oversight, he has played a vital role in ensuring ship systems are built to precise requirements. His hands-on experience with commissioning and operational testing has contributed to the successful completion of multiple shipbuilding projects.
