As well as creating detailed 3D models of equipment, structures, cable trays, and piping layouts. Our models follow ASME/DIN/JIS standards, providing a true virtual reality of the entire project.

3D PIPE MODELLING PHASE

Precision Piping for Seamless Integration

We model the primary pipelines in 3D, excluding minor systems (DN25 and below), with final connections planned for on-site fitment. Weekly coordination meetings and work-in-progress models ensure alignment and clash avoidance. Feedback is incorporated throughout, leading to accurate and coordinated final deliverables.

BUILDERSWORK PHASE

Flexible Delivery Options Tailored to Your Build Strategy

Vexnoth presents tailored options for delivering builderswork information, each aligned with your project's needs and budget. You choose the approach that best suits your workflow:

Option 1: Isometric drawings of all modelled pipelines (excluding final connections).
Option 2: 2D plans and sections for on-site construction reference.
Option 3: Full 3D model publication to be used directly on site.

Once your preferred option is selected, Vexnoth proceeds accordingly, ensuring clarity and continuity in execution.

COMMISSIONING PHASE

Shaping the Future of Full-Scope Project Delivery

As part of our evolving business roadmap, Vexnoth plans to offer on-site commissioning oversight—acting on behalf of clients to supervise subcontractor work and ensure systems are tested and validated to meet design intent.

Rendered visuals are presented to you for feedback. This immersive stage allows you to explore the interior and equipment arrangement in high detail before finalizing the concept.

WORKMANSHIP DRAWINGS

Once the design is approved, we prepare workmanship drawings, including layout details for consoles, tables, seats, and any bespoke furnishings or fixtures.
